Inspired by candlelight on winter evenings, a welcoming hearth, the quiet comfort of home, and the warmth of an inner light, this handcrafted tallow soap brings a sense of warmth and reassurance to an everyday ritual.
Its botanical fragrance is warm, softly wooded, and gently luminous, with frankincense, Atlas cedarwood, rosewood, copaiba, sweet orange, black spruce, and peppermint creating a layered scent that balances comforting woods and resins with a subtle touch of brightness and freshness.
Handcrafted in Fredericksburg, Texas, Lucerna is made with beef tallow, calendula oil and castor oil for a rich, creamy lather. The soap is individually wrapped in handmade paper and finished with its own handcrafted eight-point star clay Sanctuary Seal. Because each seal is formed and finished by hand, no two are exactly alike.

Lucerna arrives nestled inside a kraft presentation box wrapped with a cream paper band, designed especially for the Sanctuary Collection. The box carries the Lucerna story and opens to reveal the wrapped soap within.
Also tucked inside is a two-sided Sanctuary Ritual card, created specifically for Lucerna. The ritual invites you to pause, take a slow breath, and imagine the quiet glow of a lamp or candle welcoming you home—a reminder to notice the warmth and light you carry within yourself.
